Education

At RNLC, we understand that education is a pathway to agency. It provides women with the confidence, skills, and independence to make their own choices and shape their own futures. We believe women deserve not just dignity, but joy, connection, and a sense of belonging. That's why our education program is complemented by wellbeing and practical support services that help remove barriers to participation.  

Together, our three programs provide the support women need to learn, connect, and thrive. 

Our classes are where many students engage in formal learning for the first time, while others continue building on existing skills and knowledge. We offer free English (EAL), numeracy, and digital literacy classes in a welcoming, women-only environment. 

Our students come from diverse backgrounds and bring a wide range of experiences. We meet each woman where she is and support her to learn at her own pace. These foundational skills help women navigate everyday life with greater confidence and independence, while creating pathways to further education, employment, and community participation
